The Otto-Suhr-Straße residential complex is located in a green area and is divided into three houses with separate entrances. There is room for 250 students, mainly in double flats (212 places). The complex also has 38 single flats and a four-person shared flat. You can choose between fully or partially furnished flats.

A large common room and baking room are available for communal activities. The student-run "Pünte" can also be used for private parties - within an appropriate acoustic framework.
A laundry care area with several washing machines and automatic dryers is available to residents; the machines can be used with the CampusCard.
