How do I proceed?
Twice a week, the PBS offers an open consultation hour for initial discussions. There you can find out what the issue is, what help is available at the PBS and what form of support you would like without making an appointment. Alternatively, you can also contact us by phone or email to make an appointment.
Depending on what has been agreed, this will be followed by further one-to-one meetings (possibly also meetings with a couple) or participation in a group programme. If necessary, the PBS will of course also provide information about external therapy options. Counselling can take place in person on site, by telephone or online via the Big Blue Button.
Counselling is available in German and English.
