Off to university - all that's missing is a flat!

Our residential complexes

In a hall of residence, you will quickly make friends with other students - and not just from your own subject, but from all disciplines and different cultures. Some halls of residence also have cosy common rooms or even independently run pubs. You can get an overview of all the residences right here. It's even easier with our housing guide: it helps you to find out which residence suits you best.

Which residence suits me?

Your advantages - Living with the Studierendenwerk

Good location

All residences are within easy cycling distance of the universities.

Favourable price

The cheapest rooms in shared flats cost less than €200 per month. And even single flats are absolutely affordable compared to the open market.

No nasty surprises

The monthly rent includes all ancillary costs and electricity. On the open housing market, it is common to have to make substantial additional payments, for example due to increased heating costs in a cold winter. We do not demand such additional payments from our tenants.

Easy access to the Internet

In most residential complexes, Internet access is already included in the rent, otherwise you can book an Internet flat rate - for an unbeatable €5 a month.

Alternative housing offers and search tips

We cannot provide housing for all interested parties. However, the housing market in our locations is generally more relaxed and rents are cheaper than in many other major cities in Germany. If you don't get a place with us or can't find the right one, we have put together alternative options and tips for finding accommodation here.
