The Johann-Justus-Weg 136 residential complex is located in the countryside, in the direct neighbourhood of an allotment garden area, and is divided into five houses. Here you will mainly find single rooms in six-bed flatshares, but also single and double flats. All rooms and flats are fully furnished.

Physically disabled students who require all-day care are provided with two single rooms in a group of four. The spacious rooms are wheelchair-friendly; the kitchen and bathroom are wheelchair-accessible. The rooms are equipped for all-day care.

Washing machines and tumble dryers can be used by all residents and can be found on the ground floor of House 5.
