Douwesstrasse

32 rooms for students are available in the renovated Douwesstraße residential building located close to the city centre. The Art Nouveau villa houses eight three- to five-room flats with a bathroom, kitchen and hallway. The rooms are unfurnished. The kitchens are equipped to contemporary standards. The residential building is located in the city centre and is very centrally located. Cafés, bars, shopping facilities etc. are just a few minutes' walk away.

Washing machines and tumble dryers are available for communal use.

Letting information

You cannot apply for the Douwesstraße student residence via the Studierendenwerk. The residents choose their flatmates themselves.

Information on the rent

In three of the eight shared flats, individual tenancy agreements are concluded with the Studierendenwerk; the monthly rent here is between 280 and 305 euros. In the other shared flats, the residents themselves decide who pays which part of the total rent (e.g. depending on the size of the room).
