The three separate, visually permeable houses with lots of glass offer space for a total of 132 students and are just a few minutes' walk from the university.

The complex contains only single flats, which are approximately between 28 and 32 square metres in size. The flats all have a kitchenette with hob, oven, fridge and granite worktop as well as a shower room. Apart from that, the flats are unfurnished except for a built-in wardrobe. A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer is available for all residents. The appliances can be used for €1.60 per wash or drying cycle. Internet access is also available in each flat and is included in the rent.
