Day care centre Uni-Campus

In the Uni-Campus daycare centre, which opened in 2010 directly on the university campus on Uhlhornsweg, Studierendenwerk Oldenburg offers places for 70 children. The focus here is on the care of crèche children: These are cared for in three groups of 15 children each. There is also a kindergarten group with 25 children.

Childcare hours

Crèche group I (Hoppetosse)
Mon - Fri 8 am - 2.30 pm

Crèche groups II (Campus Rocker) and III (Wiesenhüpfer)
Mon - Fri 8 am- 4.30 pm

Kindergarten group
Mon-Fri 8 am - 4.30 pm

All groups have the option of using the early morning service from 7.30 am.

Insights into our daycare centre

Support organisation

A dedicated association has been supporting the Uni-Campus daycare centre since 2011. The aim of the association is to provide material and non-material support for the educational work at the daycare centre.

Facebook and Instagram are the quickest ways for interested parties to find out about the association's current projects and, of course, to get in touch directly. The association can also be contacted by email at fv.kita.uni-ol(at)web.de.

... help to supplement the facilities and equipment of the daycare centre, for example by purchasing play equipment.

Ongoing projects

Every year, the Förderverein organises surprises at Christmas time: Christmas trees are put up and decorated and every group receives presents for St Nicholas.

Membership and donations

Anyone who has the time and inclination to support the work can become a member. In addition to parents, this can of course also include other relatives, friends or supporters in general. The minimum membership fee is €12 per year. The association is happy to receive any voluntary contributions, which, like all donations, benefit the children one hundred per cent.

Donations in cash or in kind from private individuals or companies are always welcome. Donations can be made to the following account:
