Haus Gödens

The "Haus Gödens" is reminiscent of a medieval castle. Its basic structure dates back to 1551, making it the oldest surviving building in Emden. In this special atmosphere, 35 students live in shared flats with four to seven people. The rooms are approximately between 13 and 22m² in size and are spread over three floors. The rooms located on the ground floor are equipped with large wooden emporiums for working and sleeping areas; otherwise the rooms are unfurnished.

Take a look at the external website haus-goedens.de. There you will find numerous photos and further information about this extraordinary residential complex. The site was created by former resident Simon Beidenhauser and is now managed by the Heimrat.
